Presentation Title: A Study of HPV Self-Sampling by Female Residents in Communities of Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China: A cross-sectional observational study

Yang Zhe, PhD, born in January 1989, graduated from Peking Union Medical College. She is a Chief Technologist at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Clinical Medical College of Zhengzhou University & Henan Provincial People's Hospital, acting as Director of the Gynecological Laboratory, and the department’s Research and Teaching Secretary. Also affiliated with Henan International Joint Laboratory of Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Gynecological Malignant Tumors. She is an undergraduate tutor of Clinical Medical College of Zhengzhou University & Henan Provincial People's Hospital. She also serves as Secretary of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Group of Henan Postgraduate Medical Education Expert Committee and Review Expert of Henan Medical Research Journal. With 9 years of experience in obstetric and gynecological research and teaching, she excels in immunological detection technologies, focusing on gynecological tumor immunotherapy, especially cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, and is proficient in HPV detection for cervical cancer screening. She holds national GCP and provincial PCR laboratory certifications. She has published 5 SCI and 6 core journal papers, presided over 1 Science and Technology Tackling Project of Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, 1 Medical Education Project of Henan Provincial Health Commission, 1 Clinical Medical Teaching and Research Project of Henan University, and participated in 1 Science and Technology for the People Project of Zhengzhou Science and Technology Bureau as well as 17 clinical trial projects.
