Abstract Submission Guidelines

The Organizing Committee of the Healthcare Conference invites researchers, clinicians, public health professionals, academicians, and industry experts to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Abstracts should present original research, innovative practices, or evidence-based insights relevant to healthcare and medicine.

Abstract Format

Abstracts must be written in English

Word limit: 250–300 words

Structure: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion

Title should be clear, concise, and in sentence case

Do not include tables, figures, or references

Submission Process

Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission portal

Each submission will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee

Authors will be notified of acceptance by email

Oral Presentation

Poster Presentation

E-Poster Presentation

Video Presentation

Virtual/online Presentation

At least one author must register to present

Abstracts must represent original work not previously published

Criteria to be Considered for Scoring

The abstract should be reviewed according to the following criteria:

ü  Originality of concept/approach and level of innovativeness

ü  Significance/impact/relevance to the conference theme

ü  Quality of research design/theoretical argument

ü  Conclusions and interpretations of results

ü  Presentation style: coherence and clarity of structure
